SABOI Imboela a council member of the United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) has warned that technocrats and civil servants colluding with UPND in various institutions of governance to undermine democracy will be jailed once the ruling party is voted out of power.
And Ms Imboela says the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) is hell bent to technically disadvantage the opposition from participating in by-elections by knocking them out of the electoral race so that the UPND could be the sole competitor.
