THE United Party for National Development (UPND) should address the high cost of living prevailing in the country instead of wasting time in self-praise.
The party before the August 2021 general election campaigned on the premise of bettering the living standards of the people by lowering the prices of goods and services. But alas, most of the campaign promises by the UPND have not been actualised.
