THE Opposition Alliance has now transformed into the UPND Alliance with Hakainde Hichilema as presidential candidate and all Parliamentary and civic candidates will contest under the UPND umbrella.
The Alliance has rejected a proposal by NDC president Chishimba Kambwili that each opposition party should field its own candidates and that the alliance should be called UPNDC to signify its independence and status as an equal partner.
