Let Christ be the Judge

To judge who is a true prophet and who is not is Christ’s role, Matthew 7: 21. The fact that we call ourselves a Christian nation does not make us better Christians to judge others like the self-righteous Pharisees. Jesus’ parable of letting the true crop and weed grow together until harvest time when differences will clearly show to avoid a mistake of weeding out true crop points to what Christ meant in James 1:27. This defines true religion as ‘visiting orphans and widows in time of need and keeping oneself spotless from the world’. Our rich bishops do neither. Those we bar do.
