CAMPAIGN AT FULL THROTTLE, PF MEMBERS TOLD

By NATION REPORTER

ALL PF grassroots must take the campaigns personal and market President Edgar Lungu to the electorate with vigour, PF Chipangali parliamentary candidate Andrew Lubusha has said

Mr Lubusha said the PF grassroots should ensure that the campaign message was clear and that the people they reach during the door-to-door campaigns understand.

He reminded party officials that President Lungu was a leader who believes in unity and love.

“Our president does not believe in tribe or regionalism and has continued to show this by taking development to all parts of the country, including areas that do not support him.” Mr. Lubusha said.

He said that this was the kind of leadership that Zambia needed because the country had many tribes and if a leader was to show any bias based on tribe, only a small part would benefit at the expense of the rest of the country.

Speaking when he met with the branches in Chipangali, Mr. Lubusha said that they should sell President Lungu and the PF to achieve development that benefitted every Zambian.

He also called for unity among members, urging them to put aside any differences they may have and work together towards one goal which is ensuring victory in the forthcoming election and growth of the party beyond the elections.

“We are all part of this great party because we believe in its ideologies, let us all work together as this is a collective responsibility that belongs to every individual, let us not fold our arms while others work.” he said.
