PEOPLE WITHOUT A MESSAGE RESORT TO INSULTS

Dear Editor,

I AM aware of the video circulating that uses insulting language towards my persona. All I can say is that God forgive the two gentlemen involved.

People without a message resort to insults.

To all my friends who feel offended including all Zambians, let’s be the bigger persons in such circumstances. Differences in opinion should not lead to insults.

We all want Zambia to develop only that we have different ideas.

Also be careful with those who sing that they love this country but they don’t even live here. True patriots after getting an education have come back and are giving back to the nation.

Fellow friends, let us not be reactive. We are mourning the death of our founding father. Let us show the highest form of discipline.

And to all citizens, politics is just politics. It’s not something worth fighting for or insulting for. At night, we all go back to our families. When we die, we shall all face God and be accountable for our deeds!

If you can’t convince me to support you, don’t insult me. I have the right to believe in what I believe in and that is stakeholder engagement for the development of our mother Zambia!

One love.

DR LUBINDA HAABAZOKA.
