THE two Indian children who were kidnapped by housemaid of Lusaka on Tuesday are still missing. Mr Dharmesh Bhai confirmed that his two children were allegedly stolen by the maid who was employed a month ago from an advert on Facebook. When contacted yesterday, Mr Bhai said the children had not yet been found.
The woman also allegedly stole a Toyota Allion registration number registration number BAG 5479 belonging to Mr Bhai which she used to transport the children aged 9 and 12 years old respectively.
Mr Bhai who is an employee at Lusaka Pharmacy called on the general public with information to report to the nearest police station.
Meanwhile, police spokesperson Esther Katongo confirmed the development to the Daily Nation. She said that police have received the report over the car theft and missing children. Ms Katongo said investigation had been instituted.
