Poor state of road irks Mulobezi residents

Some residents of Mulobezi District have bemoaned the poor state of the main road which has made the area almost cut off from the rest of the province as it is impassable in the rain season.
A check by Millennium Radio News on the main road that leads to Mulobezi District found that it is almost impassable and people have to use diversions in the bush to get to the administration office in Sichili , Mulobezi .
The road is a 200 Kilometers stretch but takes about six hours drive to get to the District Administration office from the Livingstone/ Sesheke road turn off .
Some of the residents spoken to bemoaned the poor state of the road which has made it difficult to do business .
The residents have implored the local Authority to consider re-introducing work for food initiative which would let the residents work on the road in exchange for food .
And the residents have further complained of long hours of load shedding in the area.
