Mr Mkandawire, 60, was hit and killed at the gate of his residence on November 18, 2021.

It is alleged that on November 18, 2021 a BMW X5 vehicle, registration no. Due to the impact, it was forced to move forward thereby squeezing the victim (Mkandawire) against the wall fence and the wall pillar of the gate fell on him.
