IT is not fair for the UPND to continue misleading Zambians by claiming the PF while in power operated on regionalism and neglected other areas, Tasila Lungu Mwansa has said.
Ms Tasila Lungu who is Chawama Member of Parliament was reacting to Health Minister Sylvia Masebo who during debate alleged that the previous government did not distribute infrastructure development in the health sector equally.
She said according to Parliamentary Standing Orders, any information brought to the house should be factual and clarifiable.
“Therefore is the Ministry of Health in order to insinuate that PF operated on regionalism without providing evidence before this house,” she said.
And in her ruling, the deputy speaker Attractor Chisangano said it was unfortunate that the house was taking too much time talking about what others did and never did which was delaying the business of Parliament.
She advised that both parties should stick to issues at hand for the benefit of the country.
“This system of bringing old things is unnecessary it will delay us and also distract us from handling issues at hand,” she guided.
