PF demands justice for Kapapula

BRING to book people who brutally murdered Mwense district council chairperson Humphrey Kapapula, acting Patriotic Front (PF) President, Given Lubinda has urged the law enforcement agencies.
Mr. Lubinda told the media at the funeral house of the late Mr. Kapapula in Lusaka’s Chalala area, that the PF received news of the brutal murder of their member with a great sense of shock.
He urged the law enforcement agencies to ensure that those behind his death are arrested for committing such a monstrous act.
Mr. Lubinda said although the arrest of those responsible for his death would not bring his life back, it would at least give the PF some consolation that the life of their party member has not gone in vain. “This is a sad day for PF, we didn’t expect we would lose a young person full of life, full of ideas and with passion to serve his people,” he said.
Mr. Lubinda has thanked the PF members who took time to visit the funeral house and mourn together with the bereaved family. He has further appealed to the party to remain united especially in times of mourning.
