THE UPND government has lamentably failed and should brace for more criticism akin to that of Archbishop Telesphore Mpundu, New Congress Party (NCP) president Peter Chanda has said.
Mr Chanda said in an interview that the new dawn administration had failed Zambian’s to an extent of disappointing those who openly supported it.
