HH best President ever – Elisha Matambo

The United Party for National Development (UPND) has claimed that President Hakainde Hichilema is the best leader Zambia has ever had and should therefore be given time to deliver to the best of his abilities.

Elisha Matambo, the Copperbelt Province Minister has described President Hichilema as the best of the world’s leaders because of what he has termed as monumental achievements in the last 17 months he has been in office. 

Mr Matambo said Mr Hichilema was determined to deliver development to citizens across the country and that the head of State was going to prove his vocal critics wrong by his exponential economic delivery to Zambians.

He said under President Hichilema’s leadership, Zambia would change for the better as evidenced by the policies the UPND administration had put in place to improve people’s lives.

He cited free education, increased Constituency Development Fund (CDF), corruption fight and ending caderism as among the memorable achievements which have been attained by President Hichilema.

Mr Matambo, who is UPND Copperbelt Provincial Chairman, was speaking in Luanshya during a meeting with party officials.

He urged members to defend the government and to protect President Hichilema from the enemies who had regrouped.

Mr Matambo is leading a party mobilisation drive across the Copperbelt.

He urged UPND officials to work together to mobilise the party,   especially at branch and ward levels.

He also received 300 new members who had defected from the Patriotic Front (PF) and other opposition political parties in Luanshya district.

Mr Matambo implored UPND officials get down to work and to recruit new members to grow the party.
