PRESIDENT Hakainde Hichilema should stick to his pledge of upholding the rule when he took over the reins of power, PF aspiring Chishimba Kambwili’s brother Pastor Mutale has said.
Pastor Kambwili said President Hichilema said that the police would not be arresting people without thorough investigations.
He said it was unfortunate that his brother was treated in a very unfair manner by the police who locked him in an inhumane cell in Balmoral, Lusaka.
Pastor Kambwili said President Hichilema needed to lead by example and ensure that he fulfilled what he promised the people.
“When we are promising people we need to make sure that we fulfill our promises when given the mandate, the president said police will not arrest people without investigating,” he said.
