HH has resorted to insults – Nakacinda

By NATION REPORTER

PATRIOTIC Front chairperson for information and publicity, Raphael Nakacinda says that the only Youth Day gift President Hakainde Hichilema had for the people on the Copperbelt were insults against his predecessor, Edgar Lungu.

Mr Nakacinda said it was disappointing that Mr Lungu was attracting insults from President Hichilema because of his decision to join citizens in worshipping God at various congregations.

He said by using unpalatable language, President Hichilema was setting for Zambians, especially the youth who looked up to him for inspiration.

“He was talking like that at a Youth Day celebration. He is bad for State House, he is a bad example. He is not even supposed to mingle in society. He is polluting the mindset of the young people,” he said.

And Mr Nakacinda said it was a shame that President Hichilema had failed to fix what he promised and had now resorted to vulgar language.

He reminded President Hichilema that using derogatory remarks against his predecessor would not solve the country’s economic malaise.
