CONCOURT DISMISSES KABUSHI, KWACHA BY-ELECTIONS PETITION FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

THE Constitutional Court has dismissed a petition which was challenging the Kabushi and Kwacha parliamentary by-election on grounds that it lacked jurisdiction as petitions on by-elections is a preserve of the High Court.
