MUKUBA University Vice-Chancellor Professor Frank Tailoka has said it needs the support of various relevant authorities like the Zambia Information Communication Technology Authority (ZICTA) and others to help it provide quality higher education services before it can be able to stand on its own and generate its own revenue.
