IT is pure lawlessness and madness for Speaker of the National Assembly Nelly Mutti to have acknowledged and recognised the illegal and unconstitutional appointment of suspended PF Mafinga Member of Parliament Robert Chabinga and his cohort Anthony Mumba as the purported Leader of the Opposition in Parliament and opposition Chief Whip respectively, John Sangwa, SC, has said.
