THE Mine Workers of Zambia (MUZ) has urged the new management teams at Mopani Copper Mines and Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) to quickly settle and begin to address workers’ welfare once they gain full control of the assets.
MUZ president Joseph Chewe said with the collective bargaining processes at the two mines halted until the new management was in place, workers’ welfare would take precedence once everything was in order. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
