‘lets have Agric indaba’

…SAFADA says pending disaster calls for national indaba

By NATION REPORTER

THE Small-Scale Farmers Development Agency (SAFADA) Executive Director Boyd Moobwe says a national agriculture indaba must be convened to respond to the disastrous drought situation which may hit the poorest hardest.

He said it would be the poor people who would suffer because they would not have resources to sustain their livelihoods.

The Government he said should not neglect the small-scale farmers but support them to venture into extensive farming practice.
