THE Barotse youths have charged that Gilbert Liswaniso and the UPND government have declared war against the people of Western Province by attacking and assaulting its youth leader for strongly objecting to President Hakainde Hichilema attending the 2024 Kuomboka ceremony.
The Barotse Nationalist Youth Alliance have vowed to take the law into their own hands and effect a citizens’ arrest against Mr Liswaniso if the Zambia Police will fail to apprehend the UPND youth strongman.
