ZAMBIA would indeed be a paradise on earth if the wishes of the United Party for National Development (UPND) were to become a reality.
But as Zambians have found to their dismay, the reality on the ground is far removed from the rhetoric that has been peddled about respect for the rule of law and human rights in general.
