THE State has defied a court order which allowed Geoffrey Mwamba, a former Defence Minister to travel out of the country for medical treatment.
The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) on Thursday blocked Mr Mwamba at Kenneth Kaunda International Airport (KKIA) from flying out of the country for specialised medical treatment. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
