HARRY Kalaba has called for urgent intervention by the Southern African Development Community (SADC) to end the escalating conflict between the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and the M23 rebel group, which has also involved neighboring Rwanda.
In a statement yesterday, Dr Kalaba, the president of Citizens First has expressed his concerns about the war in the DRC, saying it will have a toll on the region’s economic situation.
