Nakacinda asks magistrate to discharge him
PATRIOTIC Front member of the central committee, Raphael Nakacinda has asked Lusaka magistrate Idah Phiri to discharge him in a case he is accused of defaming President Hakainde Hichilema on grounds that the court in Solwezi wrongly transferred the matter to Lusaka without following right procedure. Zambia commits to fight cruelty, inhuman treatment
MINISTER of Justice Mulambo Haimbe has reiterated Zambia’s commitment to the global fight for life and protection of all persons against cruel and inhuman treatment. Magistrate warns he’ll revoke GBM’s bail terms
LUSAKA Magistrate Sandford Ngobola has warned former Defence Minister, Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba never to miss court or he will revoke his bail and send him to prison.
