THE Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) should show the nation the beneficiaries of the Aquaculture Seed Fund since our members are not accessing the money, the Small-Scale Farmers Association (SSFFA) has demanded.
SSFFA chairperson, Victor Chatilika, said this was the only way to promote transparency in the disbursement of the funds provided by Government under the Zambia Aquaculture Enterprise Development Project (ZAEDP).
