Renard tipped to winAfricaand world coach of the year

Power Dynamos coach Beston Chambeshi says Frenchman Herve Renard can win both Africa and world coach of the year award.
Chambeshi said that with AFCON cup success story the national team coach is among the best coaches who has also guided his team to yet another final next year.
He said that for both FIFA and CAF to recognize his contributions was a sign that Renard had moved Zambian football among the greats in the world.
Chambeshi said that FIFA has always recognized the achievement of individuals and teams that emerged winners at various tournaments.
He said each time there is the mention of Renard‘s success story Zambia is mentioned too because of what he has achieved for Zambia and vice versa.
Chambeshi said that the French man first managed the black stars ofGhanaas physical trainer and thenAngolaafter he leftZambiabut none of these countries are connected to his greatest achievement.
Chambeshi said that it is a first to hear that a Zambian coach is rated among the best in world and a strong favorite inAfrica.
“I have never heard of any coach in Zambia or Africa being rated among the world‘s best and Renard is a favorite to winnig the Africa award “said Chambeshi.
He said to be nominated and compete along side world coaches such as Real Madrid’s Jose Morinho and others makes Renard a great of all the times in as far as football is concerned. Chambeshi said that the French man‘s record has beaten that of former Chipolopolo trainers Paulsen and Ian Porterfield who came close to winning the AfCON in 1994 and 1996 respectively.
