Professor Nkandu Luo has distinguished academic and professional qualifications suitable for her new responsibilities.
She equally has vast experience in politics and national leadership with an uncompromised record.
In this vein, we applaud her predecessor, Ms Inonge Mutukwa Wina for the services rendered to the nation.
