POLICE in Nakonde have arrested and jointly charged UPND Nakonde Constituency candidate Simon Simwanza and two others for malicious damage to property, Muchinga Province Commissioner of Police Lizzy Machina has said.
Ms Machina said Simwanza and two others identified as Derrick Banda and Morris Sinyinza all of Nakonde, have been charged with malicious damage to property.
