ALL Zambians should support President Hakainde Hichilema because his success is the success of all of us as a nation, former President Edgar Lungu has said.
Mr Lungu said his prayer was that God guides President Hichilema and give him strength on this challenging journey. He said this in a Facebook post yesterday shortly before the inauguration ceremony of President Hichilema. “Today (yesterday) I hand over the baton of the country’s leadership to now President Hakainde Hichilema.
I can only wish him well as he takes our country into the next chapter, because his success is the success of all of us as a nation,” President Lungu wrote. He asked all Zambians to support Mr Hichilema. “My fellow citizens, it was an honour to serve you,” President Lungu said.
