The UPND party says there could be police officers that are still paying allegiance to PF and therefore failing to do their work professionally.
Speaking at a briefing today, UPND media director Ruth Dante said her party was failing to understand why police had failed to arrest for NDC leader Chishimba Kambwili for tribal and hate speech made two months ago, when the said speech had gone viral and was enough to serve as evidence.
