AFTER long hours of interrogation, the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has shocked both Amos Chanda and Bowman Lusambo, with attempts to “gift” them with properties which they do not own.
The ACC yesterday warned and cautioned former State Chanda in connection with 15 properties reasonably suspected to be proceeds of crime.
