kaizer still detained – as State delays his release despite bail being granted
Mr. Zulu is devastated with the sudden death of his lawyer Mr Tutwa Ngulube particularly that on Friday, his legal Counsel worked so hard to secure his bail.
The State has continued detaining Kaizer Zulu at Chimbokaila Correctional Facility despite the Court in Kafue having ordered his release after granting him bail and after meeting all the conditions for his release.
