Allow me to appreciate the ongoing improvements of services in the local Authorities by the new dawn administration.
However, the safety of council police who work with Revenue collectors who handle huge sum of money is at stake.
I wish to request the government of the day, to consider a special military training for the council police and allow them to handle specified fire arms.
Your quick consideration on this matter will serve not only the local authorities but the security wellbeing of the society and the entire decentralisation system.
