Contingent of PSs pay impromptu visit to Mansa Catholic Bishop

A CONTINGENT of senior government officials at the level of Permanent Secretaries last week made an impromptu courtesy visit on Mansa Catholic Diocese, Bishop Rt Rev Patrick Chisanga barely two days after he rebuked Education Minister Douglas Syakalima over his poverty of the mind stunt against the people of Luapula Province.
