FORMER Chingola Mayor Mcdonald Mulongoti has charged that the cholera epidemic that has ravaged the country is a clear sign that the Constituency Development Fund CDF is not being properly utilised.
Mr. Mulongoti says since the disease is related to filth, it exposes the fact that despite CDF being expanded, there is no change from previous programmes.
Mr. Mulongoti says CDF is supposed to address all issues related to hygiene in communities which include proper drainages and provision of quality water to the public among others.CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
