Sampa appeals High Court ruling that affirmed Nakacinda as PF secretary general

MILES Sampa has now turned to the Court of Appeal in his quest to overturn the High Court ruling which recognised Raphael Nakacinda as the Patriotic Front secretary general.
Mr Sampa has thus filed an application in the Lusaka High Court, asking Judge Situmbeko Chocho to stay proceedings in a matter Mr Nakacinda and three others are challenging his election as PF president.
