VICTOR Kapungwe and Chama Nkonge are shocked that Rizwani Patel and two others who have remained incarcerated for two months have finally been committed to the High Court for aggravated robbery without the State ever summoning the duo to get involved in the matter.
The two, who were once the disciples of expelled Patriotic Front Matero Member of Parliament Miles Sampa say they were assaulted in Petauke and had reported the matter to Petauke police but had never been called as complainants or witnesses to their own matter. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
