Emoluments Commission accused of hindering HH’s vision of harmonized conditions

WORKERS at the National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) and the Bank of Zambia are disgruntled by the Emoluments Commission (EC) that is hindering and frustrating President Hakainde Hichilema’s vision of harmonized and fair conditions of service among several institutions.
The workers from both NAPSA and BoZ who have sought for anonymity for fear of victimsation have complained that they are extremely demotivated and frustrated because the EC has been procrastinating in completing and effecting the harmonization of conditions of service.
