JOBLESSNESS is a ticking time bomb that the UPND administration should be wary of, an Jackson Silavwe, the leader of the Golden Party has warned.
Mr Silavwe said in a statement yesterday that the country’s population growth did not match economic prosperity and that many youths were jobless because the environment for employment creation was being stifled.
