THE narrative the UPND administration want to champion, suggesting that the movement and any activities that the former President Edgar Lungu is to engage in require permission is a form of harassment and must be stopped, PF Secretary General Raphael Nakachinda has said.
Mr Nakachinda said, the former head of state is a free man and he enjoys the freedom of movement and association.
