Where is the Mau Mau investigation?

A few days ago a letter was written by a group calling itself, the Mau Mau threatenining all Easterners to leave Southern Province. What has happened to the investigation in this matter. This matter should be taken seriously considering that many people were displaced from the Province soon after the elections. This is a matter that should now be allowed to die because it may arise in the future at a time when the authorities will not be able to do anything.

‘We shall quit CCZ’

The declaration that the Church demands that HH be released in the name of the Church is not only false but also usurping power of the body of Christ. No wonder those championing it are the same ones against Zambia being a Christian nation as can be seen by their failure to submit to authority but are busy rebelling against what God has instituted. Who did they consult to come up with such wrong decisions and against the teachings of the Bible? These are hypocrites and purely non-believers who can be likened to those who were calling for the release of Barnabas and against the righteous. We shall quit CCZ.

Churches demand to free HH unholy

This call is too political and not in the interest of the Church, or the body of Christ our Lord and savior. This move is unholy in that it contradicts the Bible teaching that everyone must submit to governing authorities for all authority comes from God and those in authority have been placed there by God. So, anyone who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted and they will be punished. The demand is totally against Bible principles but the corrupt creation of the Mpundu, Mususu and Matale rebels. CCZ is not only SDA. These are anti-Government elements.

UPND an obstruction to itself

The biggest obstruction for UPND getting into power is themselves. They have failed to offer checks and balances because its only one man who runs the whole party. When that person is paralyzed, the whole system staggers. UPND is at its lowest, at its weakest right now because every layer of oversight is given by one man. They don’t have a thick muscle like that of the former King Cobra. UPND allowed themselves to fall into the trap set by their enemies. It will be tough to let their foe get off their trachea until the entire party suffocates and dies.

Pensioners’ money in offshore accounts Editor,
The revelation by your paper that huge sums of dollars find their way into offshore bank accounts is not only shocking but also alarming. Is the Minister of Finance and the Bank of Zambia Governor aware about this unholy act? Is there any financial law that allows the pensioners money to be converted into dollars and externalized into offshore accounts? Are registered companies allowed to do such transactions? The police, DEC, ACC, PIA and other Government agencies must show interest in this criminal act which affects not only pensioners but the value of our kwacha and our economy.
