Kamba fires salvo at Oasis Forum

THE Oasis Forum is a bunch of anti-government individuals who see nothing wrong with a biased judiciary and will defend erring institutions such as the Law Association of Zambia because they both support the opposition, Kennedy Kamba has charged. Commenting on the Oasis Forum forum’s defence of LAZ president Linda Kasonde and the association’s alleged partial stance on election nullifications, Mr. Kamba said he was not surprised that the Oasis Forum had taken sides with LAZ, saying birds of a feather flock together and there was no way a compromised and anti-government institution like the Oasis Forum would defend those in power. He said it was sad that the same institution that had remained mute when UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema openly attacked the Constitutional Court after losing his election petition had seen fit to defend judges who inclined themselves to the opposition in meting judgements by siding with LAZ. “What do you expect from Oasis Forum? The two institutions are just a branch of the opposition. Don’t you get surprised that the same institutions which were mute when Mr. Hichilema attacked the judiciary today find it fit to d
