 NAPSA Stars Football Club sponsors have cautioned the technical bench that it will not accept poor results this season and was ordered the club to target a top three finish in the MTN-FAZ Super Division.

Speaking during the unveiling of the new kit to be worn by Napsa Stars yesterday, NAPSA director of contributions and benefits Mason Mwiinga, disclosed that management was expecting exquisite performance from the team.

Mwiinga, who is also chairman of all Napsa sports clubs, said the sponsors were ready to support the club in achieving the set target.

“We will not accept anything short of good results. The technical bench should ensure the team finishes in the top three this season. We are committed to support the team so that it performs well this season. The kit manufacturer is Macron,” he said.

He called for discipline and hard work from the players, urging them to protect the integrity of Napsa.

He said Napsa was a big team and the fans were expecting a different and highly rated performance.

“Napsa has shown excellence in delivery of services to clients so we expect the players to do the same on the pitch. Discipline, hard work and excellence must not be downgraded,” Mwiinga said.

And coach Tenant Chilumba has assured management of delivering good results this season.

“We are grateful for the good support from the management. On behalf of the technical bench, the team is ready for the season and targeting to finish in the top four. We will definitely challenge for the title,” Chilumba said.

Napsa finished eighth on the log with 41 points last season.
