CHIPANGALI member of parliament Andrew Lubusha has thanked Airtel Zambia for coming on board and connecting the constituency to the network provider’s broadband connection.

In an interview Mr Lubusha said the broadband connection will help close the current digital divide gap the constituency is currently passing through.

He said the development will help connect all rural communities in the constituency to the rest of the world.

“I am happy to announce that progress has been made in connecting the Chipangali constituency to the Airtel broadband connection. This is being done to close the current digital divide gaps and connect all rural communities to the rest of the world through this transformative technology that has been missing in the constituency”

“And with all the advantages that come with a Broadband connection, we are sure that there will be enhanced business ties and access to information through the internet and phone calls,” he said

And Mr Lubusha has thanked traditional leaders for their constant reminder on the urgency of resolving the network crisis in the constituency.

“Many thanks to our beloved traditional leaders for constantly reminding us on the urgency of resolving the Chipangali network crisis. We remain committed to connecting the entire Chipangali to the globe as a matter of extreme urgency,” added Mr Lubusha
