OWNER of the Global Express T7-WSS Jet in the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport gold gate scandal has opposed the application for forfeiture to the State of the aircraft contending that the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has not provided evidence to term it as tainted property.
