POLICE have arrested a 26-year-old man of Lusaka’s Libala South area for being in possession of counterfeit notes.
Deputy police public relations officer Danny Mwale said investigations revealed that the suspect, Given Kavungu on March 14, 2024 around 19:00 hours, approached a mobile money operator at a booth in Kalingalinga compound near ShopRite and attempted to deposit counterfeit K100 notes worth K1, 500.
