FORMER Ministry of Health Chief procurement officer, Wilson Lungu has questioned Lusaka chief resident magistrate Davies Chibwili whether a case his charged with former Minister of Health Permanent Secretary, Kennedy Malama of failure to comply with applicable law and procedure is rightly before him in the economic and financial crimes division.
The matter is in relation to the procurement, supply and delivery of 50 ambulances.
In this matter, Lungu,38, is jointly charged with Malama, former Ministry of Health Permanent Secretary for Administration Kakulubelwa Mulalelo and five others. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
