Dear Editor,
IT is very sad that the nation has lost six young boys in Siavonga under unclear circumstances.
To make it worse, nei- ther the SDA church nor the Zambia Police Service are able to properly explain what really happened.
Tragedies do happen, but when so many lives are lost, the nation deserves to know what really happened. Those six boys had relatives, friends and well-wishers, all
of whom deserve a better ex- planation than what is so far coming out.
We look forward to a re- vised and clear statement from the Zambia Police Ser- vice and/or the SDA church on this matter. Instead of mumbling, let them perhaps call for a joint media brief- ing where journalists can ask questions and get to the bottom of this matter.
