INSPECTOR General of Police Lemmy Kajoba should also summon minister of Local Government and Rural Development Garry Nkombo for questioning because he commented on the unexplained death of former Kabwe Central Member of Parliament Tutwa Ngulube, PF chairperson for publicity Raphael Nakacinda has said.
Mr. Nakacinda said the conduct of the police was questionable because they were trying to intimidate the general citizenry. He said that it was unfor[1]tunate that the police were targeting certain individuals when the late Ngulube actually complained and even reported that he feared for his life to the police.
Mr. Nakacinda said unfortunately he was not taken seriously and was actually intimidated by the police.
“The police actually turned the complainant into the victim as they intimidated him instead of trying to help him,” he said. He said Mr. Nkombo went to the funeral where he said Mr Ngulube’s death left more questions than answers.
Mr. Nakacinda said for purpose of fairness the IG needed to summon the minister before summoning anyone else.
